NOTICE
To enhance user experience and streamline access to our core rugby systems, we will be implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) across the England Rugby website and the Game Management System (GMS), effective from 1st July.
This update will allow users to access both platforms using a single set of login credentials, improving convenience and security.
Please note that, as part of this transition, the GMS login page will undergo a visual refresh. Users may notice changes to its appearance upon their next visit. We look forward to delivering a more integrated digital experience.
What this means for you:
Single Sign On means you'll only need one email and password to log in to any part of the England Rugby system, from GMS to the England Rugby website.
To sign in you'll need to use your default GMS email address. Logging in with your username will no longer be possible.
If you are having trouble remembering your default GMS email address, login to your account ahead of the 1st July and review your account details.
For any further information or support visit help.rfu.com, or if you have any questions please let us know.

GMS Account Information:
All players and members of a rugby club in the UK need to have an account on the Rugby Football Union (RFU) Game Management System (GMS).
You may not realise you have an account on GMS and may not know your login details so the information below will help you set up a new account or access your existing account.

If you have not played rugby before, go to the "I am new to rugby" information below.

If you have previously played rugby then you will already have an account on GMS and will not need to set up a new one.
Go to "Already playing" below

I am new to rugby
If you have NOT played rugby for another club (military or civilian) then it is likely you will not have an account on GMS. In which case the first thing you need to do is set one up.

Create a new GMS account
Follow the instructions at the link below and create an account for yourself, (plus any partner/ spouse who may be joining the club in any way). It will ask you to select a club, which of course is Amesbury. This attaches you to Amesbury Rugby Club just as a person, but not yet as a paid member or a registered player.

You can either go direct to the GMS login page and take the option to set up a new account or you can go via the support page and follow the instructions.
Already playing rugby
If you looking to join Amesbury Rugby Club having already been playing rugby at another club then you will already have an account on the RFU GMS.

You don't need to set up a new account but you will need to log in to your existing account and update your details and register yourself. Instructions on how to update your details

Go direct to the GMS login page and enter your email address and password.

If you do not know your password then use the Forgot Password option to reset it. Note: you will need to use the email address used when you last registered for a club.

Use this opportunity to check and update any information in your records such as address, email, phone number.

Adult - REGISTERING to play at Amesbury Rugby Club (Men & Women):
There is a regulatory requirement for adult players to be registered to a club on GMS. This is an annual requirement – Click here for guide to reregister.

If you are new to rugby you will need to first set up an account on GMS. See instructions above.

Log in to GMS and access your account if you have one. On the opening account page under My Organisations, press the + Add button and put in Amesbury to add your details to our club. Click the register to play bar on your account page.
(While you are there, check your personal details under your name on the banner image to ensure your DoB, addresses and phone numbers are correct. If not, use the edit button to update your details).
The team manager/registrar will wait for your new registration to appear with Amesbury Rugby Club and approve or request more details if needed.
Note Forenames should be as they were given at birth and “known as box” used for anything different such as Nickname that you may be known as in the club.
Amendments to names can ONLY be done by submitting a ticket to the help desk once you are registered to play senior rugby.
