Paying your annual club membership:

Purchasing of membership has moved to the RFU Game Management System (GMS). That means all payments will be made through GMS and you will need to log in to your GMS account to do so. 

​

Membership is due by 1st September 2021. 

​

Membership fees for season 2021 / 2022

​

  • Senior men's & women player membership £80

  • Player membership in volunteer role £40

  • Walking rugby membership £50

  • Junior rugby membership £40

  • Voting only member (non-players) £30

 

We have discounted rates for multiple members

from a single household. Contact your team manager.

How to pay your membership & update your details via GMS

Full support information is also available from the GMS login page or you can go directly to RFU information about buying membership

  1. Go to RFU GMS and sign in 

  2. If you do not know any of your GMS login details then select "Forgot Password" under the Login button

    1. You will receive an email with your login reset information.

    2. Note: You will need to provide the email address you provided when you registered with the club

  3. Once you have logged In you will be taken to your account page

  4. Under "My Organisations" you will see Amesbury Rugby Club and club badge and to the right of the club you will see "Buy Membership"

  5. Select "Buy Membership"

  6. You will be presented with a number of membership options

  7. Find the membership option appropriate to you and click Add to Basket

  8. Go to either Basket or Checkout to check or progress your payment

  9. At checkout, you can check your order details, Select your payment method and click on the Pay Now.

  10. You will be taken to an Order Payment confirmation page which will include a payment reference and the option to view a receipt.

  11. The status will show "Paid"

  12. You will also receive an email confirmation of your membership payment.

While you are in GMS can you please take the opportunity to check the details we have for you on your profile such as the correct email address, contact numbers and address.

As always, if anyone is experiencing any financial hardship please communicate this via your team manager or directly to any of the Exec team and we will, of course, make an alternative arrangement for you.

Please note, you are not a member and will not be available for selection to play unless you have paid up your membership.
