💡 Why It’s Important:Emergencies can happen anytime, anywhere, and having more people trained in CPR and AED use could be the difference between life and death. This training is about empowering our community – giving you the tools and confidence to step in and save a life. These sessions are a true reflection of our community coming together, ensuring we’re prepared for when it matters most.
👏 Community Collaboration:This initiative is another example of how Amesbury Rugby Club, with the support of our amazing partners, is building stronger ties across our growing town. We're especially grateful to A Little Place, located in the heart of Amesbury, for hosting, and to the WI for their continued involvement in making our community more connected and resilient.
🏆 These sessions are part of our ongoing community engagement efforts, generously funded by the RFU Impact 25 program.
Ian Wilkins, who is helping organize the event, says: “This is such an incredibly useful opportunity to offer out to the public free of charge. You never know when we might be confronted with the need to save someone’s life.”
👉 Together, we can build a safer and more connected Amesbury!
