Training:

Due to Corona Virus and lockdown restrictions in place, we are running restricting training. For the foreseeable future Men will be training Wed evening 6:00pm to 7:30pm

Ladies will be training Thur evening 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Walking Rugby will be Tuesday 10:45 am and Thur evening 6pm

Juniors will be training Sunday morning from 10am

Due to the circumstances training is subject to short notice change so please use the Contact Us form for up to date information

Mens training takes place every Tuesday & Thursday evening from 6pm till 7:30pm

Ladies training takes place every Thursday evening from 6:30pm 

Junior training is on Sunday morning 10am till 11:45. Contact via the Juniors page for up to date information.
