Training:

Men - Training Thursday evening 7pm

Women - Training Thursday evening 6:30pm

Walking Rugby train on Tuesday evening 6pm and Friday morning 10am [Note on the last Saturday of the month we run a training session on Saturday morning at 10am instead of the Friday session]

Colts training - Sunday morning 11:30am

Juniors training - Sunday morning 10:30am

Minis training - Sunday morning 10:30am
