Training:

Men - Training on Thursday evening 6pm to 7:30pm

Women - Thur evening 6:30pm to 8:00pm

Walking Rugby train on Tuesday evening 6pm and Thur morning 10am

Juniors training Sunday from 10:30am - 12pm

Minis training Sunday 5th Sept from 10:30am
